His advice on the installation was brilliant and unbiased – no sales talk and he was keen to make sure I would be pleased with the finished job. Which I am. He was so good when problems with the builder delayed the flooring installation and then when he had to wait for the electrician to connect the wiring before he could finish. The quality of his work is excellent. He was happy to move furniture as he worked from room to room, something which many would have dismissed as not their problem. After problems and a bad experience with the 1st builder, Chris was so pleasant and reassuring. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
